Relocating to Portland, OR. Looking for hiring businesses up there.
 

I'm currently relocating to the Portland area up north in September. I was curious as to if any companies were located up in that area that are hiring or looking to expand. I am currently a web developer, designer that does web and print that has expertise with creative management, marketing and more. I've been in the business for 10+ years.

I have some friends up there but don't know of anyone hiring at the moment.

Might not be a bad idea to throw a link to your portfolio or throw one together if you don't have one and post that here. You might be an awesome designer / developer but the link you have in your sig isn't doing you any favors.

Everyone in Portland is broke. lol.

Thanks Shelly, I have a private portfolio since most of the stuff I do is mainstream now a days. I like to keep the adult / mainstream stuff separate. That is the reason for the client only link. All of my clients are referrals.

I was Epic Cash's lead guy under Trey with Pornguy for numerous years and worked worked with a few other affiliate and marketing companies. I am really looking into a management position than anything so I would send over a resume to anyone serious to hire.

Not much I've seen in the adult industry specifically, but there are always lots of designer and coder jobs, leaning heavily towards ruby coders and mobile dev. I know of at least 4-5 companies hiring for mobile dev alone...

Good luck in Portland. I have been up here for about 3 years now and really like it. However, there are not many good (or good paying) jobs up here right now. I know of a few designers and that are looking for work.
BTW, I would try to move up here a few months before Sept. if you can so you can enjoy the our 2 months of good weather before the rain starts.
