emc2payout withdrawals delayed

It seems that withdrawals from emc2payout (i-payout) accounts to prepaid card is delayed for a few days. It used to work instantly.

I was expecting they to make an official statement about this!

greenlab 01-28-2011 01:24 PM

looks like they managed to send some money in and some transfers cleared 2 hours ago (the 4 days old ones...) ...if yours has been done more recently you need to check if it went trough or not, as probably this wire is not covering all loads up to date...

Indeed a notice would have been nice, like the one they have for Payoneer cards :

1/7/2011 5:25:45 PM
*Attention Payoneer Cardholders:

Due to increased card restrictions, eWallet to Credit Card transactions to Payoneer cards may take up to 4 - 6 weeks to show up on your card.

4-6 weeks for transfering money within their own system ? That sound ridicolous, a bank wire is credited often the same day now with many banks

livesexoncams 01-28-2011 01:33 PM

Already did, they confirmed the delay.
By the way, Payoneer cards withdrawals seems not to be supported anymore.

Kimmykim 01-28-2011 01:35 PM

Bank wires should be credited very quickly, the only exception would be a bank holiday in one country or another coupled with a weekend if it involves multiple countries. That would still only mean a day or two extra.

greenlab 01-28-2011 01:36 PM

wires can be done with same day value, even to Antigua....

4-6 weeks for transfering via direct credit to your own credit card ....this is not really their fault ...the way it works that the "transfer" is actually based on using the "refund" feature of visa....Payoneer is blocking the "refunds"/transfers as they probably claim that no transaction was done in the first place so they can not allow a refund ....they do it as ipayout are their competition +they loose on loading fees

The discussion here is that it takes now 4-5 days to load to their own prepaid card, because they dont have enough funds in the settlement account ...they must wire everyday and they claim it takes 4-5 days ....not sure what to say as wires can be send with same day value with no problems, even to Antigua...also it looks like they dont have a lot of money to send in advance or credit line with the card issuer so they must do wire after wire....

I belive it takes 4-5 days as they wires are probably send from EMC in Germany to Ipayout in US and then Ipayout wires the funds to M2 (the compay that issues the cards) then M2 wires to the bank in Antigua...i dont think EMC wires funds directly from Germany to the bank in Antigua..

This is probably the path of the funds. But I don't consider tolerable not to have some buffer money deposited in advance in an account of the issuer of the prepaid cards.

IPS and Payoneer are working together on a technical issue
regarding transfers to Payoneer cards from the IPS e-wallet system.
It should be resolved soon. All other transfers to credit cards or debit
cards outside our system are working very smoothly. Hang in there, they'll get it done as soon as possible.

Regarding wires and loads to the Globe Wallet Visa cards, IPS does keep
a reserve at GBC, but even with that, estimating usage has been a moving target
somewhat. Rather than drop the instant load feature, IPS is working on a
foolproof solution that they believe will resolve this problem once and for all.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience; we are in daily communication
with IPS to support them in addressing this issue with a permanent fix.

What?

Jason, what are the transfer times from your system (my acct) to my Paxum mastercard? I have set up an auto transfer. Might be better to just take my checks or bug Kinky Dollars until they add Paxum support, Terry.

EddyTheDog 01-28-2011 10:18 PM

Every issue they have - even a small one, makes me shake.

Chosen 01-31-2011 07:38 AM

Probably the others using EMC2 for receiving money are doing it because they are promoting some sponsors that were not offering any other such alternative, just like me.

i am beginning to get worried...1 week money blocked, support keeps telling it will be "today" for 5 days now...and EMC2 maintains radio silence....

xarizmendi 02-01-2011 03:25 PM

Yeah where is the rep here in GFY? I mean complete silence is not good at all.

greenlab 02-01-2011 03:35 PM

just spoke with support, as expected the money will be on the card "tomorrow" ..this is what they tell everyday that the transfer will settle "today by 6 PM" and then if you go in chat around 6PM same day, they always say it will be done "tomorrow for sure"...

This is going on for 8 days now, so i am starting to wonder where our money is, as a wire does not take 8 days to arrive.....

I dont see them well for the future...

I am thinking in moving to Paxum..does anyone has similar experiences with Paxum ? (long funding delays )

Quick update regarding Globe Wallet Visa card loads. First, we apologize sincerely for the incovenience, and we understand the concern espeically in light of the recent history in the payout space. However, I can assure you that this issue will be resolved this week. We have been working tirelessly with IPS and GBC and participated in a long conference call today with the CEO of GBC in Antigua. The problem has been isolated and the solution is now being implemented and will be resolved once and for all. Let me assure you that this is simply a technical issue that will be overcome. The strength of our financial partners, of IPS and GBC are solid and sound, and besides the great annoyance, all payment transfers will be successful and the load times will be sped up as promised. Thank you for your unwavering patience and we truly apologize for the technical problems you are experiencing.

Now it's a technical problem ? Until now it was about wires not reaching M2 on time....even when you speak with support, there the same excuse for 8 days..the wire has not reach M2 yet but "for sure it will reach today".....

do you have a REAL timeframe when the cards will be loaded ? For 8 days i hear only "today" or "tomorrow", depends on the time of the day....

xarizmendi 02-01-2011 05:09 PM

What about canceling the visa load and send me a Wire? Im game for that. Time to move away from them I guess

livesexoncams 02-02-2011 01:34 AM

First they said that there were not enough funds in the card issuer bank for making the transfers to our cards. Now it is a technical problem. On their website, there is still no announcement about the delay in loading the cards. So anyone who does not know about this issue will ask for a withdrawal and will have the same surprise we have. Is this normal? I kindly ask all the sponsors which are offering only this payment method to start offering an alternative one!

greenlab 02-02-2011 07:37 AM

bump for any updates....

chaze 02-02-2011 07:45 AM

they say this to me for 9 days now...and if you talk to them in the evening when nothing has happened, they say it will be done "tomorrow for sure".... i think the problem is far worse than a wire not able to reach the account in 9 days...also there is no notice that the funds will be blocked for 8-9 days if you want to transfer to the card...so probably everyday some new people fell for this...
