    Paypal finaly released my funds

    Just got this mail from paypal:

    Hopefully bank withdraw will work fine.So if this will work,then nightmare started with limited paypal account and epassporte going chivava will close to end(but still not resolved due to some sponsors not paying over paxum yet as they were paying to epass before)

                                                                                                                  I added non-usa card and account was instantly limited after.I managed to verify that card,but they want to verify location too with utility bill,which is problematic since i dont have any utility bill or anything similar.
