First let me say this is not meant to be a serious thread. But it could mean something.

As we all know porn is popular, without porn many people wouldn't have a way to relieve built up tension / sexual frustration / hardons and wet womens areas.

But where does that sexual tension / general need for sex mainly stem from? Testosterone

This is why porn is popular, we need sex etc. it is because of the lovely hormone Testosterone.

Now what has that got to do with porn going downhill?

High Testosterone levels COULD be linked to a lack of success or failure. If you have high Testosterone levels it can be linked to lack of concentration and other thing that can cause you problems in life.

So, what I'm saying is, and like I said don't take it to seriously......

Because this business (in theory) is run and built on testosterone, that is the very same reason that it is going downhill.

It could also by why the female population in the business are becoming more and more front line, better at building companies in the sector, and surviving through this period of "unrest" in the industry. And good for them :thumbsup

Obviously females have testosterone to, but they generally have much lower levels than men.

Good point, I dunno about the "state of the industry" had a pretty good year myself last year. A few odd/low months but overall better. Ratios went down in december for the first time I have seen in ages.

Anyway what prompted this thread was seeing an article about testosterone levels related to success. it pretty went like this:

Low levels - succesful, probably wealthy and smart with money - low sex drive
medium levels - still succesful, probably wealthy and money wise - enjoys sex but doesn't constantly think about it.
high - not so succesful, not wealthy, not smart with money - high sex drive

Like I said, don't take it seriously, was just an article and we all know what articles are 95% of the time. :upsidedow
