Ok let me try to explain what happened here.

I send paxum, and user "USUALENT" have sent me the money by paypal.
So far all good, so i posted a message here, smooth transaction.

Let's say 10 minutes later, paypal sent me an email, stating they need more information about this transaction.
(Which i have gave them)
Paypal placed a temporary hold on the funds "USUALENT" have sent me. So i did contact pp, with questions about this matter.
Their response was
"After review your account we note that the payment of xxx.00 USD is hold
because we have received a report from the buyer's credit card user of a
possible use without authorization."

So it seems nothing on my side, and have asked if OP could help me out.
He can do nothing he said, because the money is token from his account.

Just sayin'

The situation is a bit of weird for me, OP seems to have a verified account,
and i myself owns also a verified account.
So far PP doesnt seem to be very helpfull, already 9 days ago, and not any updates from they.

Look pp can suck sometimes .. same as ebay.

The funds where send right?
Paypal fucked up because they "THINK" there is a problem.

I did have a simular situation with ebay some time ago while there was no problem at all. Assholes

I'm pretty sure that if the funds go back to his account that he will refund the money to you.

Im here I dont know what the issue is with paypal and you like I told you.. now if i send out many transfers on here and your is the only one paypal is holding for whatever reason.. what do you want me to do.. really... now I send you the $100 in paxum and paypal releases your money to you then im out of $100... if you wanna tell the story please explain the whole story..

now I also explained to you through few emails that I had called them for other issue I had with them.. now they fixed those issues.. and the hold on your money is fuckin paypal being paypal.... like I told you in the email maybe you should call yourself bout the hold on the funds from them.. thats what I did and it took me 4 times.. now i cant make them at paypal give you your money when they say they are holding it for whatever reason.. they cant refund or reverse it back to me.. I have done what I can do in communicating with them as to see why the issue with your money is how it is..

Explaining the transaction??? Saying that the buyer claims the funds got out of his account... and demanding an explanation to the matter?

Paypal seems to be in a security flux right now. I'm having similar problems with a totally different transaction with a different user where they held up the buyers acct due to security reasons. My deal is still on hold while we work out alternative payment methods.

Me and Usual loan money back and forth to each other as needed and he's a stand up guy. You should check with paypal to get the matter resolved to either release the money to you, or refund it back to Usual so he can then refund it to you.

Usual, just like other members, asked you to contact paypal repeatedly to get the money released. He said he cannot get it refunded and he cant get them to release the funds at all. I haven't read where you contacted paypal more than once, and that was only right after the issue happened.

Try contacting them a couple of times today and see where you can get.
