I'd try to stay calm. If i have very important data on the phone or the phone is very expensive, i take her to the nearest Police station and file a complaint. If i don't have any important data on the phone and the phone is not very expensive, i laugh at her. That's the theory at least. :)

i would never have given her my phone in the first place, then again i have been using cell phones since they barely fit in a briefcase and cost as much as a house in detroit.

but i did have something somewhat similar happen recently, a waitress spilled shit all over my cell phone , then tried to blame me for leaving it on the table .. the manager saved the day and comp'd the meal and said to send him the bill for a new phone .

I cant afford a phone, so it would ever be an issue...

I wouldn't slap her for sure... I would pick up my phone first... well, shit... I guess I would say something nasty and I would just make sure that I will have my sim card and the memory card back even if they are damaged and ...life goes on. I don't have any expensive mobile, so, the loss would be like $20.

But i think you wouldn't forget these $20 in your life lol :winkwink:
