A nice high alcohol wine.. Zin, Shiraz, or even better Amarone is perfect with chocolate.. so are some ports.

I am so not a chick when it comes to chocolate. I can probably count on one hand how many times I year I eat it. However, chocolate and red wine is a combo I adore.

Im starting to become more of a fan. I started out drinking chardonnay, then merlot, pinot, and finally made the jump up to cabernet. Funny thing though, when I mix with chocolate I tend to get heartburn.

I had a lurvely rose wine with some dark chocolate at the Paris in Vegas. I just wish I remembered what the label was :(
