WordPress Question
I have a blog and I want to take the content (and image) from one category and somehow RSS/XML it into another blog devoted for that one category. It doesn?t have to be spun as I?m not worried about dup content penalty.
Are there any scripts that will allow me to do this? |
Under "Tools" in your left hand sidebar, you have "Import" and "Export" options. Just select the category you want to export and voila... You don't need any scripts for that. It's all built in as it has since very early versions (including imports from other platforms, such as Blogger, etc...)
|
its fuckin easy.,
install wp-o-matic on new niche blog., and from old blog go to that category note down the category code.,and while using rss feed for new blog to import specify that category code only., so new blog will fetch all the contents from that specific category., if u dont understand, reply me., |

Do you consider it wrong? :) |
im assuming you still update the one blog with the category you want to extract, then tools export will be of no use.
use a rss feed plugin like cyberseo, etc. each blog has category feeds, which most people dont know of. example: http://example.com/category/categoryname/feed |
