hmmm......i dont like guns....never have, and prolly never will.

but our bill of rights states that we have the right to bear arms.
just because this guy was arrested for owning an illegal weapon before doesnt mean that he should be investigated and his house raided.

to me the guy seems like a collector.....obviously with a nice collection. must have taken him years.

this is just pretty fucked up to me.

i have some rednecks about 30 minutes from my place that live in a trailer and own a 2nd trailer behind them just so they have something to shoot at. im sure they would have a kickass time with that grenade launcher :winkwink:

Locally in Airzona this was all over the news last night. It wasn't the first time he's been in trouble with the ATF; He's been caught having illegal weapons before.

If someone next door to me had a cache of weapons like that.... I'd want him investigated. I fully believe in our right to own weapons, but we don't need machines guns and the like.

Wouldn't you just buddy up with him and tell him that if anything ever goes down you'll be the first guy with him? I'd feel very safe. :P

i see ur point....but i also see it differently. that guy had alot of shit. lots of unique stuff. sounds like an excellent collection. some people collect stamps.....this man collected guns.
people in my area are very opinioned about their right to own guns....large collections of them. and while i dont like guns, i also know that they have a right to bear as many arms as they want, so i support them.
some people believe that if the police can have automatic weapons, so can the general public. i tend to agree with that.
