If someone next door to me had a cache of weapons like that.... I'd want him investigated. I fully believe in our right to own weapons, but we don't need machines guns and the like.

i see ur point....but i also see it differently. that guy had alot of shit. lots of unique stuff. sounds like an excellent collection. some people collect stamps.....this man collected guns.
people in my area are very opinioned about their right to own guns....large collections of them. and while i dont like guns, i also know that they have a right to bear as many arms as they want, so i support them.
some people believe that if the police can have automatic weapons, so can the general public. i tend to agree with that.
"Let us hope our weapons are never needed --but do not forget what the common people knew when they demanded the Bill of Rights: An armed citizenry is the first defense, the best defense, and the final defense against tyranny. If guns are outlawed, only the government will have guns. Only the police, the secret police, the military, the hired servants of our rulers. Only the government -- and a few outlaws. I intend to be among the outlaws." Edward Abbey
just because you fear the man who owns those guns doesnt mean that man has done anything but exercise his rights.
