haha.. other post. No.. my son used to have a gecko...in a cage of course.

Do you have them in the house all the time or when it's warmer? Usually when it's warmer insects tend to come inside and the geckos follow them for an easy meal.

actually the reverse... it's been kinda cold here for a few weeks.. last night being the worst.... flipped on the kitchen light last night around midnight and shit.. there was at least 20 of them just havin' a good ol' gecko throwdown in the kitchen.... 'course they all stopped dead in their tracks and looked at me like I just crashed the party. LOL....

never seen that many in here before.... usually only a few livin' in the doorbell and a couple hangin' around the kitchen.....

I think they had babies.....

They're in from the cold.. they're not stupid. Least the worst they do is eat the bugs.

nah... they're only about 2 inches long... totally harmless.... and they eat bugs. And here in the islands, they're considered good luck to have them in and around the house..... (probly cuz they eat bugs.. lol)..... so I let 'em do whatever they want here.... my home is their home. :)

They don't need guy geckos.

When they can't find bugs or mice they eat younger geckos.

Some species get up to 14 inches long.

must be a different kind... cuz I caught 3 sets of them fuckin' in the window sill today.... and I've never seen one here bigger than about 2 inches.....

There's tons of different kinds. Many of the most common are the ones that are just females. The average gecko is only 4-5 inches long. You must have some smaller variety.

yeah, none of these guys ever get bigger than my thumb.... BUT..... there are at least 5 anoles that I know of living here that are 7 or 8 inches now..... and they're just too cool for school.... you walkby one or even right up to one of the big ones and they just look at you like, "yeah? Somethin' I can do for ya?" :)
