Surely hope not. We empty all online accounts on a daily basis as a matter of protocol. At the end of the day, alternate payment methods are added to satisfy client requests.

Also something for hosting companies to keep in mind that it cost nothing to get paxum funds sent to you unlike your merchant account that takes a % :-)
