Need Opinion on some banners... ( someone i'm looking to hire)
 

Here is 2 example he did for me with some photos i provided and no description of what i wanted, and this is what he came up... (First time in Adult) I give it 2 thumbs up! how about you GFY's>

Really nice however i don't know about getting good clickthrus

nice colors, very soft and soothing :)

I like em, but I have a hard time reading the second one. They would catch the eye better if a little something was flashy on them...like maybe a light shimmer flashing across the halo.

But for his first adult banners...:thumbsup :thumbsup

Nice design, especially from scratch. But that letter font in the second banner is not doing it.

why wouldnt get click thrues, because it's not the same as everyone haves? I know it's not Hardcore pictures flashing with a big dildo up some womans ass, but i think some people would rather click on sometime smooth and clean. I guess everyone has their taste.

It's really not about taste but about what converts. The flashing hardcore pics with the dildo in some womans ass is meant to grab the surfers attention in the split second their eyes cross your banner. Clean and soft? Looks nice, but forget about a good CTR. And in the end, isn't that all that really matters?

text is a little to hard to read and theres nothing really to entice the surfer to click.

See...adding something like this will draw attention...

Don't use a first-timer. Get someone with experience. This is your business, no? Not charity.

Thats what I was, in a polite manner trying to tell the guy. He took my post as spam. but whatever.

I just thought he deservered a better banner. Those arnt aweful, but there are other options. JMHO

Put them out there and see if they fly ... although like others have said, the font on the 2nd one doesn't cut it. Remember that experts are the sort of people who said

I used to get a newsletter that did trials on what banner designs got a higher click-ratio. Anything with "Click Here" or "Free" on it, got a huge % higher... Those are just 2 examples.. Another one is by having a Windows Submit button on it.. or "Enter Here"... Though those work less now because surfers are becoming trained..

seem kinda targeted toward womens colors

While they aren't dazzling, you gotta admit the artwork is quite good. I think they just need a little more flair, the colors are too pastel-like.

how about some thighs?
