Do you remember...?

Do you remember that experiment where a guy could only use the internet to live. Whatever he could get online, he could use. I believe the experiment lasted 1 year.

How odd and old does that seem now-a-days?

i don't remember it but he must have cheated on a few things.
as far as I know you still can't get electricity or water or trash pick-up or things of that nature online. Therefore, it sounds like a flawed experiment to me right from the beginning.
