they are working with your host trying to get ffmpeg to work

your host has reinstalled it and its still not working properly for some reason its actively being worked on

I have asked my techs to update you in the ticket

ok last time i heard from you guys was on monday jan 3rd. you gotta keep me updated. i cannot afford to blindly sit and wondering what's going on with my install. almost 2 weeks now playa, either it works or it does not. either way you gotta let me know so i can move on.
