How long did it take you to get your Paxum card?

The thread title pretty much says it all: How long did it take you to get your Paxum card?

Also, did you get hit with a $45 "Credit Card Yearly Maintenance fee" - 1 week before they even sent you your card?

Twoface31 01-10-2011 11:34 AM

mine I got in 2 weeks

adultzone 01-10-2011 11:35 AM

I haven't got my card yet it's over a month now.

And did they already charge you the fee?

I got charged with the fee even before I requested the card. Isn't that a bit strange??

That's not normal. You will not get charged the fee until you actually click the "Request Card" link and actually go through with the request.

So when I click the link I get hit with the fee. 3 weeks later the card is "sent" and 1 month after that I get the card?

Shouldn't I get hit with the fee once I activate the card? Seems like I'm loosing 2 months of this yearly fee.

3weeks to EU

CPimp 01-10-2011 02:08 PM

You get charged the fee but you dont necessarily pay it until you have money in the account... that's the way it happened for me. Plus, mine took a bit over a month and I am in the US.

After some user-error problems, I have to say I like Paxum for the most part. Fees are way fucking better than [insert another processor here].

I do have to agree with this! How exactly do you handle this, paxum? I am curious. If I order my card in January and dont get it til almost march, but I pay that fee in january, do i have to pay it again in january of the next year or is it 1 year from the first card usage?

djroof 01-10-2011 02:10 PM

I got it here in Greece in 2 weeks

BSleazy 01-10-2011 06:22 PM

I got mine today. Paxum site said it was shipped on the 5th. Post office stamped it on the 6th. That's only 4 days from wherever in Canada to Michigan.

kektex 01-10-2011 07:53 PM

Mine was shipped on 2010-10-19 and I still haven't received it .
I *think* it might have gotten lost in the mail....
