Stupid banners with MUSIC in ICQ!!! Annoying as hell!
 

Does anyone know how to turn off those annoying banners in ICQ that play music every time they load?

I really hate those too..there was one with Western wagon train sort of music that was driving me crazy.

use pidgin.

You could go to Menu --> My Tools --> Settings

Search google for icq <insert version and build number> banner killer.

I remove any ads in ICQ theres a tool to use.

Annoying indeed. Pretty much like any musical banner.

One of the reasons I switched to skype

I use ADium on my mac but ICQ on my pc. Me loves me some skype though.
