Signature Rules for GFY... All Please Read
 

I know many of you do a very good job of keeping you Sig inside of the rules. There are a couple reasons for this post.

One lots of new people coming to the board. We are glad to have you guys here. I see many of you jumping right in and getting your posts up fast. But some of you either don't know about or are ignoring our Signature rules.

Two we have implimented a new feature to our signature rules as of 1/1/2003. If everyone could take a look here you will see the good and the bad.

Please take a moment to review this page so we don't have to go in a delete any signatures.

Your posts will do better if your Topless.

so i think my sig is ok ?
if not i am ready to change it immediately..

Yes, it's OK. If things start looking too trashy around here, we'll have to reduce the max size.

i thought like that
120*60 + 3 texts = use the same signature space as my banner uses

but sure i will change it and replace with 120*60 one

I love Sigs. :)

Thanks for conforming. Still some of you are not. And then wondering why your sigs are disappearing. Read the rules and you will figure it all out.

Actually, the full size banners stretch the post screen a bit for me. Plus it looks kinda like I am surfing an ad board, lol.

IMHO the smaller 'box banners' look great to me - but who am I anyway? :(

small buttons are just fine.

So, if I want to end my post with a 468x60 banner and 10 lines of self-promotional marketing text, I need to put it in the body of my post and not in the signature, right?

These rules apply to everyone EXCEPT archer, who can only use a 1x1 banner :winkwink:
