I don't sit still well so there are tons of activities there.

Those are excursions. In other words, adventure for the non-adventurous among us.

Really, why waste your time relaxing in a tropical paradise when you could be dying of heat stroke in the desert or getting eaten by giant Peruvian jungle ants?

Quite simply, adventure. If you want to do nothing, you might as well stay home.

Besides, nothing beats the feeling of reaching the top of a mountain after a long climb or going down a mountain 60 mph on a bike.

Doing nothing on a beatiful beach out in nature with crystal clear water at your feet is hardly the same as doing nothing in your livingroom.

I bet some midnight beach sex beats the shit out of feeling your lungs explode at the top of my mountain while you stumble around seeing double from oxygen deprivation.

Out in nature? When you have a large bungalow with every comfort known to man a few hundred feet away from you I would hardly call it being "out in nature". Even less so when the beach is filled with tourists that expose their saggy bodies to the sunlight once a year - completely.

Instead, when you're on that mountain, you <i>really</i> are out in nature. Also, having sex on the mountain as opposed to on the beach has the added bonus of a complete lack of sand :)
