Anyone know where I can find one? I've searched google and couldn't come up with anything.

Get flask to uncompress it to avi. Its free.

Download Pinnacle from Kazaa and use it to convert the avi to wmv. Pinnacle is free on Kazaa.

I am an 8 year old with down syndrome when it comes to playing with video encoding, but that method I just described is easy as hell.

Stoik offers a free software, Video Convertor, that converts AVI to WMV. Therefore like Labret mentionned, you could use the Free Get Flask software and then Stoik.

Windows Media Encoder DOES convert Mpeg.

But in order to convert MPEG-2 files, you must have a Microsoft DirectShow® decode filter installed on your computer. The DirectShow decode filter is available from third-party software vendors.

If you don't have the DirectShow decode filter installed, it won't decode Mpeg.
