First, I would propose you to remove that banner.
Second, how many visitor do you have to your site per month? Because I don't believe that out of an average of 10 clicks per month to your sponsor you will become rich. By that fact, you should try to increase the traffic to your site.
Third, you should select more recent banner in our advertising material.

I think I am just going to dump the whole thing and just turn the site into a "real" porn site instead of affiliates and the other crap thatis there.

I'm surprised you have such an experience. Most webmaster enjoy our hosted galleries. They are well design and most of them are movies gallery.

You want real good conversions? Lay down some money and/or money to get some fresh templates and marketing materials.

I've had mixed results with Gamma, Nastydollars has stayed very consistant for me, and Joinrightnow has not faded at all. Not sure what sort of traffic anyone is looking for but those 2 are my favs!
