A good majority of the programs you will find have implemented paxum and if they have not - its a good chance we are working with them to meet their needs.

from my perspective none of the new services replaced epass - i have yet to have any client wanting to pay that way. but paypal got more popular ;)

There were many sponsors who never used epass either, but those who used, I think majority is already using Paxum. See list of sponsors here.

Obviously there will never be a single method that "everyone" uses, I think majority of payments are still made thru wires and checks. And some prefer Payoneer or whatnot. But what comes to Paxum it has a good potential to become "even" better than ePassporte.

That`s true... But Serbia has a law too... :) 2011 paypal comes to Serbia i think...

It's very simple situation,if you register company in any EU country,then you have license to operate on entire EU field,and that is why all those new countries which entered EU on 2005 and 2008 started to be supported by paypal.
