Try using your experience to go from affiliate sales to sales and service. You know there are tons of people still coming into the adult biz, and you know what they will need and how it can be used.

Perhaps in 2011 you will make a comeback offering a service to the noobs in this industry who need guidance? If you can cut 2 years off of their learning curve, they should use your hosting service or designing service, etc...

You have the knowledge, use it to sell services in '11

One of the biggest things is most of the people coming in dont have the $ to get started.

Are there really still many noobs in the industry lasting more than a few months? Most of what I see suggests much of the industry is contracting and consolidating. Each time an affiliate or small paysite operator leaves the industry that is one less person needing domains, scripting service, hosting, content, designs, blog posts, traffic, etc. Sure the slack is picked up to some extent by those still remaining but usually at a smaller percentage since the other person tends to need less of these services.

that is what I mean for sure. They do not know everything they will need in this business. Tell them what they are not thinking of yet and sell it to them.

example:
Custom scripts... we all have a few lying around that we never fully exploited or which scripts helped you the most? Offer a free tutorial for those scripts to your new design, hosting, seo, etc... clients.
