So MANY ideas but just not enough time..
 

I have so many ideas wizzing around in my head that I know will work but it is taking so long to get it all done... I know i need tro employ someone to do the jobs that need doing... Whats the best way to go about this? Having never done this before, I like the idea of others working in the office so i can give them the work without much messing about on ICQ and I KNOW they are at least working...

Anyone got any tips? Anyone from UK in Nottingham want need a job? heeeeelp!

yes i agree with that... but sometimes u don't have time to do everything you want yourself. The problem is finding someone that will work hard and have dedication.

you seem to be working too much man - there are so other pleasures in the world then good work done.....maybe you should relax and take some free time to get new fresh power and energy.What about sailing for 2 weeks hehe?

i think that it depends on the work that you need to be done...
if you need some galleries to be posted or a script done - just hire a guy (preferably a girl) and tell him (preferably her) to post 6 galleries per day and have the script done in two days - this will work.
if you need a support - that will work too.
but if you start new projects and want to make them big - do it yourself...
