tried it out ... having an issue:

The video I have uploaded shows as a thumb, and you can see the preview change as you mouse over it.

However when you click to see it ... I get a file not found page ....

Hit you on ICQ but didn't get a response.

I threw a few videos up and it worked well, I'm going to move to another script though so I have the control I want...but this is pretty easy to use, a newb should be able to handle it.

a couple issues i noticed...
my page didn't load right in IE, skyscraper ad was moved down and to the left of the screen. I played with some of my own setting assuming I was wrapping it somehow but had no luck.

also, need to tweak the hosting setting so the domain without www will work. I was using your DNS info...

Our software does work with both the www.domain.com and with domain.com if you point the DNS to our servers.

Enter your domain as "foo.com" (or whatever it is) without the "www" in front.

Then you can link either to "www.foo.com" or to "foo.com", whichever you prefers.

If you have chosen to use the CNAME method, then you cannot CNAME "foo.com" to us. That is a limitation in how DNS works and not a problem with the software. We recommend you point the DNS to us and we offer the CNAME option only to those webmasters who cannot point their DNS to us for some reason.

DNS was pointed to you and it did not work, I'm just telling you so you are aware of it. I did not use cname

I have already resolved to a new host...sorry you cant see it in action.

By default we put the watermark you supply on the videos. You could use a completely transparent watermark so there would be nothing on any video.

Hi Zube, looks very interesting.
Can you tell us if the person running the tube will be able to add reflinks and banners to the specific sites they uploaded the video for? It says on your site you guys run the ads?

In other words will the tube owner be able to send affiliate traffic to the sponsor program who provide the videos? If so this should get really interesting.

We wont be disappearing. Bandwidth is very very cheap these days. And the servers required to run the operation are very small since we can use a CDN for the majority of the stuff.

Tube sites run on 60 to 80% margins.
