FNP Dave's suggestions are all good. Also try Search123, not great volume but ROI has been consistent for us.

Just be clear, I'm not slamming Roar at all. I tried it in a very limited fashion. Could have just been the luck of the draw.

we did a fair bit of testing/optimisation through roar/Pageseeker.

Saw some pretty good results from them..

espotting.com has a hige presence in England as its results appear on Yahoo UK...

I have had the best success with those in the past. Kanoodle.com and Search123 have dept. stirctly for adult stuff. PPC is really a stretch after Overture, Google and these 3.

Correct. And bay9.com used to be rocketlinks.com.

The traffic has always been "decent" there. You can get big words/phrases for fairly cheap and you will get some traffic from them.

I also wanted to comment on Overture. Although they have sent me the most traffic over the years, their customer service to me has been extremely poor. I have actually closed accounts in frustration more than once (We have about 30 accounts there), which has resulted in a LOT of wasted time.

Very true. Their customer service for new accounts seems much better. I never bother change listings on Overture, its easier to open a new account and submit new listings...

hmm, I agree, they're pretty demanding and sort of useless at the same time from my experience. I found it all too hard and gave up. To this day they still have my initial deposit ... :feels-hot
