How do you handle sponsors (list of sites), and info about them? ( logins for promo,payment tracking,contacts..etc). Do you have one central place (excel file for example), or something else?

for logging in I use roboform and for stats I use statsremote

I am always forgetting so many sponsors (can't have them on my mind all the time) and I am talking about dozen ccbill sites, so I've decided to make one excel file with all necessary data for faster work. (promo content login, current account revenue for other sponsors,additional info, support contact details,niche,wm refferal link, etc..).

Is there a better way then to use Microsoft excel for something like that? Goal is to have all in one place when I want to update my sites.
