NATIONALNET TO ACQUIRE WEB HOSTING FIRM XXXSTORAGE

Transaction first of several planned for 2003



ATLANTA, December 31, 2002 - NationalNet, Inc., a leading provider of Web Hosting services to the Adult Internet, today announced the acquisition of XXXStorage, a division of iPulse Web Ventures, Inc. of Tulsa, OK. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

"XXXStorage has always been a customer-focused, high-end web host and one that we felt would compliment the NationalNet culture", said Bill VanVorst, Director of Operations for NationalNet. "Jeff Dunn, the Company founder and President, has also agreed to join the NationalNet team in a management role", VanVorst continued, "We are quite happy to have his knowledge and experience working with our existing customers, as well as our newly acquired client base."

This acquisition is the first of several planned for 2003 as NationalNet continues to expand its presence in the market. The company is actively seeking all sizes and types of web hosting companies to partner with in the coming year. "In my opinion, the 2003 year will see more consolidation in our industry than in any year past", said Tony Morgan, President of NationalNet, "and we want to be poised to aggressively take advantage of these opportunities as they arise".

Natnet rocks, has been hosting some of the biggest adult programs on the net for many many years.

I can't speak for Sweet T, but I bet if you talked with him, I am sure he could make a deal with you on gig charges, etc.

I am friends with many owners of large adult hosting companies, Natnet sure has great 24/7 support. As does, m3server.com, etc.

FatPad/Multi.....well, you are kinda right....first, we are more expensive than alot of our competitors.....but second, we really dont go after the virtual market very hard anyway.....our target customers are dedicateds. If you are looking for a dedicated server or better just look us up. :)
