Anybody has problems to be paid by Verotel?
They owe me like $200, not big deal, thats money I made basically from holds and some rebills in the last couple of years, but they insist they paid me (no proof in 'My Money Paid" in the lounge, no invoice number for that as they usually issue)
anybody has currentl problems with money disputes with them too? |

More details please on when this happened? I've heard of some sporadic claims of people never getting paid as well as the fiasco last year with the error. However I always get my weekly ACH deposits on time with few exceptions. They've been pretty solid for me.

they claim they paid me but it doesnt show in the lounge records, they dont even give me an invoice number, I wasnt aware of that "error" can you tell me whats about

The last time I had to contact them was about a year ago but they usually get back to me within 24 hours. I know they have a 6 month (is it?) hold back which I believe is paid on a rolling basis every six months. |

Nope. Paid every week like clockwork for years. There have been a hiccup here and there, but I shoot off and email and it's typically quickly resolved.
