The unemployment is low.

My office is about 2 blocks from Wall St. There is no shortage of jobs in NYC, Especially financial ones. In my building there is the finger printing agency that works with FINRA for regulating brokers. There are guys in and out all day getting printed for new jobs.
Also, if you look at the unemployment rate for NY compared to most states, it is pretty low. NY is at about 8 when the rest of the county 10% or above. Florida is somewhere around 12% |
also heard that wallstreet is getting billions dollar bonus this year

It's a job for people with no other talent than being a slimy leech. That's how I feel about those fucks. |
Lots of financial jobs...I work in advertising and there are a TON of advertising jobs...good time to be in the ad biz :)

Is any of this suprising, the overall market is approaching the highs of 2008 again. Lots of money floating around out there.
Greed and speculation is still rampant. Hold on for the ride! Double dip coming up imo, then a gold bubble and another run up to new highs. |
