Any other decent sized sites owned by one person?

I've noticed almost every big program or site is owned by more than one person. Any others like myself that don't have business partners?

Wasn't trying to be a dick. It's an honest question I've often wondered. From what I had heard MetArt was owned by one guy. I think the hun is. I believe ATK was just Kim.
