I haven't been here in few days, but this seems like interesting news.



Not only were they in a site admin watching chats and seeing what files were being passed, but the owner was arrested. I remember seeing a post a couple weeks ago they relaunched with a new domain... maybe this is why?

That can add some value to the chat session... :jerkoff!

When the feds knock on your door and say you are on your way to jail for 20 years for CP you will give them the same access.

apparently they did this before the owners went to jail, 2 years before, and the feds were all confused when the site went down which is what the story says.

wonder if this was part of operation sanctuary which just rounded up a big network of cp traders and producers?

i dont see a problem with giving them access....but to your whole site?
better to just feed them info constantly on anyone involved with that shit
or make them an admin that gives them access to just the users who are identified as trading illegal shit like that

the free6.com domain was suspended by godaddy, and I imagine they want their $200 or whatever fee to unlock it.

I read this too. Can't imagine it's going to be good for our industry, particularly if it gets picked up by other sites.

1. It's associating CP with what was otherwise (apparently?) a legitimate and legal adult site, furthering the stereotype that we're all dirty CP producers.

2. It could cause general distrust of consumers to increase, eg someone middle aged who likes the "barely legal" niche, but still feels they might be doing something wrong, and that they might be being watched. Big Brother is accumulating little bits of information to add to your dossier.

3. Why was it a "notorious pornography website"? *rolls eyes*

Those chat rooms were full of CP. Once and done. Ugh.

I met the owners 5-6 yrs ago in Malmo and we partied hard there. From what I know is that they ran a big webcam studio what is illegal in the Philippines and are convicted for this.

Besides Free6, the webcam studios they also had smsmovies.

They were quite big in the days

maybe you should post the hole story here to stop rumours.I know it's more to the story and also curious why a Swedish site hosted in Sweden give American fed access instead of the Swedish police

Free6.com was a Swedish site, but in the end hosted in usa.

I'm not speading rumours, just strighten out things.

Gleem did point on the new thread regarding NewFree6.com and I was very clear
that the old owners have nothing to do with the new site, nor that we have anything
to do with free6.com, except that I did work_ for them.
