And I want to warn other fellow "newbies" for this kind of "scam/ ignorance" call it what you want.
I'm so fucking tired of them "webmasters" that think they are so big that they can treat others like shit.
I don't want to call this sucker a cheater, because then I would have posted this on the shitlist, but I will call him a fucking ignorant shit. And I'm talking about : ICQ 266-517-685 or webmaster /@/ adult-clips.com
and the site I signed up to trade with was : ' easygayporno.com '

Long story short :
The guy have an open signup form for traffic trades.
I signed up for a trade that I had traffic to cover. Forced him 50 hits to start the trade, and my traffic is mostly prime scandinavian and SE, so nothing to say about the quality of traffic.
I received 2 hits in the very beginning of the trade, imedeatly when signing up, then no more return traffic.
I sendt him 10 hits a day, just to keep the thing alive.
I sendt him a message on ICQ and email, asking him to please activate our new trade, twice , and a third time, the same. No answers. Nothing.
How many other people does he treat this way ? I don't know.
But he have earned a very special place on my private shitlist.

I give a shit about the hits I sent him, thats peanuts, but his fucking ignorance pissing me off.
The very thing that he think he can treat other people like that, and get away with it ? FUCK NO.
And how many others have experienced the same thing ?
Shame on you ....

And it's no excuse " that I'm a so very buizzy webmaster, having to many trades, blahhh...blkahhhh...."
Then close your tradepage. Let ppl mail you or buzz you if they want a trade, or can live up to your fucking high standards. Shame on YOU ! YOU SUCKS !

That sucks. Good luck finding good trades. It sucks when webmasters don't reply. I sure reply fast to ICQ and email messages in my business matters.

Not a "scam" usually. It's that for years cheaters sign up, send a few hits and then turn things off hoping the other person doesn't notice and keeps sending traffic... Or you get dozens of "newbs" signing up that can't send squat for traffic and if you've been doing this for enough years, you just know that the trade isn't going to go anywhere so it's not worth your time... And then of course there's lots of sites that ppl just leave on "auto" and don't check the script, emails etc. very often.

More likely "hits" from the script itself checking your site, not real "hits".

Takes a lot more than that for me to turn on a trade. In fact, if you were to send 50 hits to start and then drop it down to 10 a day, I'd just delete you. Most people won't bother with anyone that can't send a bare minimum of 100 a day and show that they're going to send that right from the start and do it consistently.

ICQ can suck big time, messages not getting delivered etc. if you're not on a persons contact list.. Can't speak to the emails.. Who knows, maybe he was on vacation.


Having said all that, yes, there are a lot of sites out there that will suck up what you send them just because that's what they do. Leech from you.. But it's the same from the other end. It's the way things are when you don't know the people. Never going to change.
