When Obama folded on the tax cut extension, what happened with the estate tax? I haven't heard anything about that.

estate tax has got to be one of the biggest kicks to the balls. why the government feels it deserves any part of an inheritance is beyond me.

Looks like it's only 35% after your 1st $5 million, or if you transfer it to your spouse, first $10 million.
