NATS Rebills Are Being Counted but I am Getting $0.00
My NATS rebills are being counted but I am getting $0.00.
What featured has the affiliate program owner turned on or off in the NATS admin area for this to happen? |
Weren't you just at their NATS 4.1 demonstration or was that someone else? Just curious.

your sales didn't pass the sniff test

Here is what I am talking about...

and it seems like it is happening again this period.
What would caused this? This is the first time I have seen this in NATS and I promote a lot of NATS sites. http://www.iseekgirls.com/stats/nats-stats-002.jpg |

Most likely, either they have the rebill payout set to $0, or their stats are showing rebills of PPS sales due to misconfiguration.

I have a mix or revshare and PPS currently with this program. A nice feature for NATS 4.1 would be to click on the rebill and it would send you to the "Subscription Info" page. |

Is there some sort of affiliate accessible display in NATS which will show many of the affiliate relevant configuration settings sort of as there is in CCBill under Tools (i.e. credit for rebills, percentage) ? IMO, increasing transparency as much as reasonably possible would be good in regards to building trust. |

Most likely it is showing rebills from PPS sales. If you'd like, have the program owner submit a ticket and we can verify of course. Yes, 4.1 will have better subscription related stats details such as what you are mentioning here :) |

turns out is was a ccbill datalink problem and when nats eventually got the data, it over counted but the amounts were correct. |

Looks like a fuck up in program payout options as John pointed out, the important verification would be whether these were from PPS or a RevShare

My understanding is the an affiliate program owner can change the rebill option to $0.00 but still show rebill counts on either revshare or PPS. |

In my experience, even if I change payouts, sales that were made prior to the change continue to reflect the payout options that were current at the time of sale. So program operators cannot fuck affiliate by putting rebills at 0 after the sale is made on a revshare program. (at least not without getting into the code and fucking with it) |
Mofoscash has that happen when a PPS rebills.
