Pornography falls under art, at least that's what I've heard. The fact that it's on film and the models "act" makes it legal..

You have to have the proper licenses to shoot it, and usually have to let the city/county know what you are doing.

It's only legal in certain places, to actually pay people to have sex on film. I'd suggest talking to your lawyer before proceeding since at least one web site was shut down when someone recognized the inside of the house they were using and got a local prosecutor involved...
