Well it is a some kind of payment method but paypal forbid exchanges to other e-currencies and if they discover how you doing that they will kill your account.
Also,if paxum will start accepting credit cards for loading account,then there wont be need for paypal.

Well that, plus it's illegal as hell if you didn't jump through the 450 hoops.
