Probably he can afford the best legal aid but I don't think the govs put him on an international list if they can't make a solid case. Suppose he is guilty and will be convicted, what would be the next step? Confiscation/seizure of assets, companies or just a big fine + jail time? I don't know how it goes in Germany. |
