Where are you from?

Hey guys,

I wonder where are all of you come from. Is there a majority of US or EU people?

I'm from Czech Republic, wonder if there are more people from the country of Public Agent :winkwink:

CurrentlySober 03-27-2020 02:05 PM

I'm curious of both, but to make it simple, I chose "come from" (born). But it's also interesting to hear from people who moved and why :)

I've been there for a convention, long time ago, loved the country, went to a brothel called something 5? Had 5 levels, we went to the 5th level.
I live right now about 10 blocks from where the hospital was I was born in, the hospital my daughter was born in is closer.
Time to move, been in California all my time, tired of it.

Was it The European Summit? That's only adult oriented event I know here in CZ. I'll definitely visit it this year (if corona allow this event to happen)

What do you like about Jamaica over Canada? Don't you miss winters? And is Jamaica kind of poor country like Cuba for example?

I love Toronto but JA has felt like home to me since I first started visiting 15 years ago. I love the warmth, the sun, the trees, the ocean, the music, the culture. don't miss winter at all, to me snow looks pretty in pics and that's about it

JA is not a rich nation but it has a thriving middle class and is going through a huge cultural and economic renaissance since the gang leader who controlled the country for years finally died. plus cost of living is low since I get paid in USD

I plan to live here for the rest of my life, lots of travel still to come but a home...I've got one

At first, I came in SEAsia for the girls and I married one 20 years ago and we have a son, but the main reason why I will definitively stay in Asia is that the amount of my retirement pension, which is just above the poverty line in Europe, is equivalent to the salary of a middle manager in Asia...

Good for you!! I'm US born of Jamaican parontage, with family in [Kingston & MoBay & Canada [Montreal & Toronto]. I hear the wildest stories of crime on the island and that the only really safe spots (for foreigners) are the upscale gated communities. I had planned on heading back last month but with this whole travel advisory surrounding the COVID situation, killed those plans. PS: Dudus was caught & extridited to the U.S. so who's the Don that died?

I live in Kingston but also hang out a lot in Portmore and Spanish town. or at least used to before all this virus stuff. there are some pockets of crime but realistically you're safe here if you make the effort to become a part of communities and not stay separate like many from foreign are wont to do, esp if they're paleface

re Dudus I meant his boss, Seaga

you gotta get back for a visit when you get a chance, after covid is over of course. it'll blow your mind how things are changing. not overnight, but things are changing

Yuh dun know, I do have to get back, been away WAY too long - need to get centered, climb up Dunns River or head out Hellshire. Last time I was in Spanish town was probably 05'. Heard about that new Hwy. from Mobay to Kingston, figured the new Chinese $$$ paved the way for that.

PS: Ever heard of SUPAhype? That's family.
