1. Check which ad network the thief uses and contact them. Exoclick are extremely helpful and quick when dealing with piracy stuff (my own experience).

2. What is the webhosting company? Where are they located?

Fought with Cloudflare many times. They claim they do not host the content, but only optimize Internet speed. Fucking enablers if you ask me. Akin to this: "Your honor, I did not stole the money I only drove the getaway car"

Yes! ^^^^^^

Also, file an abuse complaint with Cloudflare. They respond to those by sending an email to the Cloudflare client. Client does not reply they lose Cloudflare.
You just need to give Cloudflare the IP of their client. They figure it out from there.

It's really more like "Your honor, I did not steal the money I only built the road the getaway car used." :2 cents:

Yeah, they are known piracy supporting pricks. They try to make it as hard for copyright owners as possible to protect their thieving clients.

The worst thing is their abuse reporting form which is time limited (without any notice) - so you spend 20 minutes filling it out and the shit just reloads with new clean form due to time run out.

I wish these assholes got bitch-slapped with more (and much stricter) regulations from EU.

As far as I can see it's zetservers.com
Network is adcell, I contacted them but I don't think they will give anything out because of data protection. Bongacams and livestrip are often advertised. Is there a chance of getting information?

jingsaw 02-13-2022 10:35 PM

Does anyone have good contact with Bongacams or Livestip? Who can I contact?

jingsaw 02-13-2022 10:39 PM

Cloudflare really sucks and not cooperative

Did you email them? It's against their own ToS to use pirated content on their servers.

Of course, they can't provide any information, but they can contact the infringing site and stop working with them if they don't remove the pirated content. That's what Exoclick do and it works for us.

This can really help you get the content down. It will put pressure on the web host to take action towards the owner of the website.

That being said, most content thieves just jump around to a different host when the heat is on.

jingsaw 02-15-2022 01:32 AM

Let's just call this thing by its name.
It's the sites watchmdh.to and mydirtyhobby.to If anyone finds an email from them (no reply to contact form) or knows any way to end it, feel free to comment. I don't understand why nothing is happening there. It is a damage of mydirtyhobby arises, the amateurs, the webmasters-that is, everyone. Thanks for your creative ideas;)

If you like, take a look at the sites watchmdh.to and mydirtyhobby.to. Thanks for your help

Cloudflare won't help at all, but they shouldn't ... I use Cloudflare to my site and it really doesn't have total control over anything. I could just change my MX records to get past Cloudflare and I'd be back in business again in less than 10 minutes. I wouldn't call them enablers, just practical as they don't host traffic at all. I use it because it adds a security level for my domain that I cannot get with my host.

So, now we get to the bare bones with things ... who hosts the site? I know my host would just ignore you and do nothing which is something I need because people can post things in my forums or use embedded video from another site and I need that protection from an incorrect takedown as it would not be my fault or the server's fault for me losing access to my site ... but, in my case, it would be impossible to say anything is hosted on my site as I am the only person allowed to post pictures and videos and everything else is hosted elsewhere (including pictures posted in my forums), but the perception it is hosted on my site is easily seen.

Now, the real case you have here is where is the owner of the site located, and is it a location you could easily sue (and would it still be worth it). I know in my case, I live in the United States even though my host is in the Netherlands. Is the owner of the site definitely the one who posted the content and how is it posted? Like I said for my site, none of the porn on my site is hosted on the site itself (currently), is this site like this?

Lots of questions to ask yourself, but the big thing to take from this is where you may not get anywhere.

Are you properly formatting the DMCA requests?
Sending to abuse@cloudflare ?

TaiGhost 02-15-2022 11:07 AM

You could also work with
TDP
RYC
or
digiregs

All have working relationships with Cloudflare/

adtrafic 02-16-2022 12:55 PM

Every day there are more companies that offer DMCA ignoring servers. Due to companies like digiregs that are dedicated to scamming sending false reports.

I don't think you get anything going by cloudflare. Your only option is to deindex the urls from google.

Times that I have sent Cloudflare TM C&Ds on a site, they have dropped the anonymity...

Trademark C&Ds go way further than DMCAs to get stubborn content down.

The way I see it, it's zetservers. Request made, no answer received. Contacted the site - no answer. Contacted cloudflare - no answer. I have a takdown service but the site is probably hosted in such a way that it ignores dmca. Not so Simple, but I don't think it's insoluble. How can I decrypt an affiliate link? You can't see who it belongs to. Example (You can see it with Adcell) Who could this link belong to? I can see where it leads, but which network it is ?

Sure it uses some privacy service like Njalla (The pirate bay founders). Where they ignore DMCA and where it is not necessary to provide any information or email to register the domain.

Also .to domains are not supported by icann and are well know for not providing any information.

In addition, the DMCA laws are from the United States and do not apply to other countries. Takedown companies look like idiots when they send DMCA reports to other jurisdictions, instead of sending the equivalent to the jurisdiction where the website is hosted. Although companies from other countries such as the European Union comply with DMCA laws, they are not really applicable in most jurisdictions. And let's not even talk if it's from Russia, China, Etc...

FansCity 02-17-2022 09:12 AM

did not know that it does not apply to other countries

TM's are pretty expensive ($250 to $660 plus legal fees according to google). long term that might be worth it, esp if your stuff is getting stolen often

@OP, in my experience as well sites hosted on cf are a bitch to deal with, I wish you all the best of luck

and fuck cf, just on principle I'd never host a site with them. they absolutely enable theft

just re-read the thread, demonetization could be a hassle but a tool

if they can't make money what's the point of their sites?

yeah, they'll just switch to new aff programs but you can contact those as well, and name here any aff programs that don't disable the user's account

again, good luck

That would be like giving thieves advice on which sponsors are safe to use on their piracy sites.
