It depends on mail server config. You not always get a bounce. Actually a correct mail server configuration is quite rare nowadays.

I emailed them thru one of those notification services to see if they even bother opening emails and sure enough, it has not been opened.

I order wire on 18/09 ( upload documents and ID foto in eP control panel ) few days ago I send email to walletrequest@epassporte with question when I get $$$. Still no cash and no answer. :(
