Yup, Six and a half months in San Diego when I overstayed my Visa before getting deported.

Its different here in the UK though. After committing an actual crime - Mugging - You can just say you are 'Too Scared' to go to prison, and you get let off...

Tasty1 12-10-2017 04:04 AM

I visited Alcatraz and Bangkok Hilton

GFED 12-10-2017 04:22 AM

I was 13 last time I was arrested for smoking weed and possession. Me and some friends parked at a place called refer park near Plant HS in Tampa when all of the sudden four cops came at us with guns drawn. Costed me a years worth of DACCO and 100 hours of community service.

Look Chang 12-10-2017 04:35 AM

I do not have this experience on my resume :stoned

It is shocking that people can even go to jail for all these... I mean you take a guy to police station and write up a fine/court appearance.

yup, I was 18 which is under 21 and they make you stay x amount of hours to sober up before you can get bailed out.

The drunk in public was me walking home from a bar at 5 am with a case of cold beer. I made the mistake of saying I was walking home from a bar and they wanted to know which bar and I wouldn't say the name. I was drinking at the bar after hours as last call was at 2 am. It was the middle of summer yet my bottles of beer were ice cold at 5 am.

both of them were just fines after the overnight stay.

Public intoxication charges, often called being "drunk and disorderly," is a legal charge alleging that a person is visibly drunk or under the influence of drugs in public. It is usually a misdemeanor crime under state and local law.

Public intoxication laws exist to prevent people from disturbing others in public and to remove people who appear to be unable to stop themselves from hurting themselves or others.
