You should run the drone manually to get rid of expired thumbs.
Also drone can bet interrupted by another wordpress cron and so you have to
run drone manually sometimes when this happens. That's a thing with wordpress cron.

But here is the answer again :

The sponsor allows the model to have different user names and broadcast from both accounts at the same time.
Just look at the name in the link and see that they are different.

Email the sponsor and bitch about it because the script doesn't have eyes, it goes by the user name not the "display name" because there can be more than one Jane Doe.
So the user name is the only hope to get a unique person.
The sponsor has to change that.

I know a lot of people here don't work on the weekends, but I'll post this to get a head start:

I've never done WordPress before. For 13 years I've written PHP with .js, including Bootstrap... but a product like this has some interesting functions.

The the dilemma becomes editing the WP stuff. And I want to because I then can make this "Plug In" be much more than just that! And I'm excited that it provides for that.

Does anyone here have a recommendation for a good WP theme consultant (editor), or should I just go on Freelancer and find a 7 euro/hr freelancer in India? Which I've done before with great success with some Google Docs and Bootstrap implementations.

I had no idea that this "Plug In" could be evolved up to so much more of a full-featured site!

I can make it do anything you can dream up but not for $7 an hour.
