Dutchbilling - the big fuckup.
 

This story beginned in the period 15/03 - 21/03 when I started working with Dutchbilling as processing in one adult webmaster revenue program. Everything was fine - I earned 789 bucks in that week, and I received that wire.

That was the first and last wire transfer I ever received from Dutchbilling.

In the next periods, I continued sending traffic. But in one point, I noticed the high percentage of "credits" - reversal transactions. As the site owner explainted to me, it's chargebacks, reversals, revokes and even checks - checks are credited but they have a high percent of charges, as there is no way to check funds in a check account.
Dutchbilling have no detailed statistic about bad transactions. "Credits" - it's all. Be satisfacted, webmaster, it's just "credits" DB will handle it.

Infortunately, DB had a lot of problems with fraudlent transactions, and they suspended a lot of accounts. My account was suspended in the day they promissed to send me the money - 19 may.

A lot of emails was send questioning "Why the account was suspended?". They never replied.

After end of the april I stopped sending traffic. Now is 26 May, no money, nothing.
I talked with Merijn (121409158) he said "Sorry, but i can't do anything about account (my_account_number_here)"

Damn, what could I do with that high "credit" percent? I never promissed free stuff or celebrities. The cardholder always had the site tour and the prices in front of him. DB should contact the site owners to help them decrease that "credits" ratio.

As prove of my words, I can show my stats from the same partnership, but in other processor.

They told my traffic (= my work and time) is bad only after the moment the money should be send. Everything was fine for them.

I accuse Dutchbilling of stealing my time, my work and my money.

Fellow webmasters NEVER, NEVER, N-E-V-E-R work with Dutchbilling, because they can fuck up your work, and they do it brilliantly.

I think your problem is in bad ways of advertisement (bsw. you told that memzone contains more than it has) or bad traffic sources (bsd countries or carderz/warez sites)...

Dutchbilling suspended all celeb sites effective 5/13/2003

If you don't get paid by dutchbilling it might be that the siteowner got suspended. Now the siteowner needs to get his account from 'suspended' to 'canceled' and you and the siteowner will get paid again. That's the info I just got from them.

Try emailing them again or use the ICQ - At some point they will answer, but it will take a lot of time

dutch billing should be renamed to bestiality billing

They suspended every affiliate account who didn't send any new signups in the past 2 weeks. They did this to scare the other affilliates to not switch to other processors (what was happening alot since they changed their rules).

Their new rules are:
50% max reseller payout
18% processing fee
20% holdback
etc.
Not very interesting for pay site owners as wel as affiliates.

Dutchbilling is partly owned by Hans Burger / Cybermedia / Book and Film. Verotel also owns part of it, but it's mainly run from Cybermedia's office. It was set up right after Ibill and Ccbill stopped processing for beasty sites, so they could get full control over all the other bestiality sites.

Their company is well known for producing and distributing bestiality and is also known for their unethic ways of getting rid of their competition.
