Need cam provider with SEO Options

I am looking for a good webcam whitelabel network that have alot of seo options.
I would like to add own content and add pages and so on.
Also i need to be able to add meta title and description.

what stops you from creating your own site with cam related content and linking to cam sites?

Awempire have tones of seo settings for you to setup. I never finished to complete all details. Maybe you have the patience to do it.
