Metal Cash: Apparently not paying, ignoring emails etc!!
 

Well,

This isn't my style, but after 3 months of past due invoices for
video feed usage, and over 30 emails and icq's ignored.

I came to the conclusion that they are GONE!

I also pulled my traffic as well. It's a shame, Hardcore Jeff was good people
to work with. But ignoring me was far worse.

I know shit is tough, it's tough for many people. Atleast respond to an email
or icq.. ignoring is just plain rude!

How about you pay me Jeff ? We sent you alot of joins lately!

they are really do that even someone tried to have a legal papers still they not paying even your are not sending chat traffic or what so ever if they don't like to pay you so they wont pay you.

A simple email to say .. hey.. we are having some tough times, but you will be paid on .... would have been just fine.

But to ignore all emails, all icq's then eventually turn your icq is off is the final straw.

I noticed their affiliate program is now ' not open to the public '.

I hope they can survive, this economy is killing alot of great companies!

Well, to be fair, he doesn't list comprehension.

Sometimes contacting someone as a new affiliate ready to send traffic will get you connected, while if you're an old affiliate they owe...they can just keep ignoring you.

You'd be surprised at how many of these companies going under will respond if you pretend to be a new affiliate.

I know it isn't you just being an affiliate sending joins and not getting paid. That's not their style.

There is more to it.

They used the video feeds, but never made a payment for 3 months.

I talked to the main owner, he said a payment will go out next week.

I have sent over 30 icq and emails including about 15 invoice requests
to Hardcore J and never got one response back :(

either you havent been around long enough or you just arent paying attention but lots of "stand up " programs stopped paying certain or all affiliates for no reason randomly before.

More and more companies are doing this, not just the ones going under.

They owe monies on invoices for leased feeds they already used, not aff. payouts.
But, I wouldnt be shocked if we havent received payouts
either considering they have not updated that info for over 1 month
now.

I was told by the owner that I would be paid next week, we will see.

I've always been paid on time.
