Your offering doesn't seem to cover Advertising and Marketing at all? It's all very well showing someone how to open a shop but it's not much good if no-one ever goes inside . . maybe you do cover this but you might want to point that out in your product offering.

Maybe a few examples of sites you have been involved with that have gone on to be successful would help as well. At the moment you just look like a web designer trying to use this as an excuse to sell your design services - so if this is not the case, make it clear. :thumbsup
