Most of adult companies are incorporated either in UK or Cyprus
Both are very easy to open.
UK is cheaper to open, but with recent law for UK company doing porn, Cyprus may be the best solution

i heard that in new zealand is very cheap to start a company (100 euros) but how do you take the money from your new zealand company to your bank account without paying more taxes?
