Antonio you are a fucking scumbag. You took one of my web cam models to dinner, gave her booze knowing she was 19, signed her up on a web cam site, then took pictures and video of her. You did all of this knowing she was under a contract with us for web cam and modeling. I have the message where I told you to stay away from her and that she was under contract. I also have your messages. If that video or pics you took of her come out, your ass will be sued since you don't have a model release. You and other assholes like you are the reason the adult industry gets a bad rap. :2 cents:

When she is signed into a contract that says she can't do any web cam sites unless approved by us and is also under a modeling contract that says we approve all shoots, then yeah I pretty much own her.

Being pissed off at an asshole is also not a mental meltdown. It is calling out an asshole that clearly has no respect for other people in the industry. I may have posted on here before pissed, but I have never screwed anyone over in this industry. I would never fuck anyone over. Perhaps I need to become a low moral, asshole that screws everyone over. :2 cents:

Greg only posted as me once on accident. I don't post as hm and he doesn't post as me. I tend to let my anger come thought in postings he does not. This Antonio guys pisses me off. He did all the shit I posted to one model, and then he was on Streamate a couple of months ago bothering two other of our web cam models. Streamate banned him from their site for trying to recruit models. When I called him on it, he claimed it wasn't him. The username was gonzomodeling and the name on the account was Antonio Gonzalez. I don't like people that are shady.

Plus there was thread started about him on FO with some guys posting how he screwed their friends over.

You talk about them coming to your Gonzo modeling agency, your Streamate account is under your name, and they both told you to leave them alone which you didn't do. Biannca is signed under a web cam contract, a modeling contract, and a solo girl website contract with me. She can not shoot with you or another other photographer without my signing off on it. I decline any offers you send her. She is NOT going to shoot with you ever.

Freeones did not close that thread because you asked. They could care less about you. They closed it because the guy that started the thread asked them too. Several people on that thread mentioned models that worked with you and how you are dishonest. Nothing posted in that thread was false. There is plenty of evidence to prove you are sleazy. You have a bad reputation. Blame that on yourself.

I would not have to contact you if you would stop harrassing the models I represent. All of the models are under contract and none of them are going to shoot with you. You keep bothering them and you will find yourself slapped with a restraining order. Do NOT contact me or any of my models again.

You should be mad at and suing the 'model' for breaching her contract with you, not the guy she breached it with as he has nothing to do with your contract with said 'model'.

I just find the concept somewhat amusing of having a model under contract, whom subsequently decides to shoot with someone else, and you go after the third party photographer instead of the model.

Your so-called contract (which may or may not be legally binding), is with your model, not the photographer that convinced her to model for him.

The last time I checked, holding people as property (slavery) was illegal, but you live in Arizona, so there may be an exception there. :winkwink:

Considering he knew we had her under contract, told several other people we are his "competition" told her that contracts for modeling and web cam sites are not legal in Arizona, gave her alcohol and then put her on a web cam site, yeah I am pissed at him. He knew what he was doing was wrong as hell.

I am mad at hell at her too. They both acted like idiots, but she just turned 19 and is really naive. She trusts everyone and he feed on that.

Yeah I know. I just think it is wrong of him to go after a model that he knew was under a contract. He did it to two other models we have. If I contacted a model about a photo shoot and she told me that she was under a contract, I would ask who to contact to work with her. I would not invite her to dinner, give her alcohol and shoot pics of her doing sex acts. I would respect whoever was representing her.

She isn't my property but I actually care about the models we work with. I don't want to see them get used and abused. I just talked to her and she is really worried that he will release the pics and video. She thinks the whole world is pure and that all people are good. I guess this situation is a slap of reality.

You seem to have taken as much advantage of the person you called a "naive" model who "thinks the whole world is pure and that all people are good", as well.

If you were taking such good care of her, then why would she even speak with your "competitor", let alone model for him?

So, are you providing your "contract model" with all that she needs to survive, such as money to cover her rent, living expenses, and medical and dental care, etc?

If you are not, then why would you be surprised that she is has to do what she has to do to pay her bills. :2 cents:

I am sure she will do 10 times better with Gonzo than this JaneB girl. She probably wasn't making any money with her.

Yes we do provide for our models, including the group health insurance that starts next month. When they start out and they do not have any clothing, shoes, toys, etc that they will need to work for shoots or web cam shows, we buy them the stuff. I have paid for gas for them, lent them money, helped them buy computers, paid a vet bill, etc.

She only talked to him because she thought he took good pictures. Granted he does take nice pictures, I will not deny that. He would love to see him try and defend himself. I want to see how he can justify putting her on web cam, taking pics and video and not getting a model release.

And prior to that you had nothing? Just pimping them?
