I ordered two designs months ago from him which he never completed fully. They were about 95% done and would have taken him another 30 minutes to complete but he simply didn't finish them and never replied to my emails asking him to (I still have those emails).

Months have gone by and I decided to get the psd's from him to have some other designer fix them. Here are the logs that follow:

I didn't even pay with paypal I payed with epassporte if you were paying attention. Also when i ordered them and up until now you never mentioned you charge additional for the psd's so that's complete made up after the fact bullshit.

Seems like mBerk is being difficult just for the sake of being difficult.

If he paid for the work and mBerk normally provides the PSDs to other clients no matter what Domain Broker said that doesn't justify holding work someone has already paid for hostage.

At the bottom of it all someone paid for a service that was not completed to the same standard that is offered to other clients. Doesn't matter who the buyer is that it happened to. It's almost like he's saying, "I've got your design, I've got your money.. you talked shit about me so now I'm going to ask for more money". That's not good business and we should all care. :2 cents:
