Tired of car threads.. And it was a question to the board. I recall last fall that Obama fever ran high here on GFY and now that it's been nearly a year it's time to really begin to evaluate the man. Has he delivered?

It is the future. It's been a year.
He has done things,he has tried to do things. Are those things what people expected? Are the people that voted for him still enthused about him?

is it snowing in wisconsin? you must be bored. why not go for a drive in one of your supercars? or maybe hop in your airplane and go for a nice cruise. or give away packers season tickets for the next game to a nice soul. you could even buy a new piece of art, have the garage remodeled.

or perhaps call your partners across the pacific and talk shop, maybe even fire a VP or buy one a corvette and come here and tell us about any of the above

he put my kids that are not born yet in dept, and a national health care system will never work in this country unless it is slowly put in place. People see free healthcare and they will bleed the system for every last penny. :2 cents:

I voted for him, and I supported his campaign. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I'm not happy about how he's handled a few things so far, but compared to the asswipes that were at the helm for the past 8 years, he's a breath of fresh air!

He hasn't let an attack happen on US soil that's killed around 3000 people yet. He's kept us safer than Bush and Cheney. :upsidedow

He's made steps to do things he promised in the election. He's reevaluated some of his older positions, he's opened up diplomatic channels where none or small ones existed before. Change takes time and he's careful and well reasoned about what he does and why.

Me and most people I know are still very enthusiastic about him and what he has already and intends to accomplish in the future. Despite what Limbaugh would have you believe no one thought he would wave a magic change wand and everything would be different overnight. I'm very confident in his approach to things and his ability to learn from history and his predecessors' mistakes.

It'll be a while till he can dig us out from the shitstorm he was left with, but he's off to a good start. One of the ways you can gauge his efficacy is by the irrational venom the fringe right wing(mainstream america according to fox news) spews at him for every tiny thing he does.

Worthless.... The only dam thing he has done is pacify the pussies in europe and uber left and create a hollywood image of america abroad. But just like most hollywood stars they are worthless when it comes to reality.

The world wants everyone to come together and work on issues together but when it comes to actually doing something they don't do shit.
